The Whisky:-

RyeLaw Vintage 2018 is a single distillery Fife Rye Scotch Whisky made from malted rye and barley. It is hammer milled, mashed, outdoor fermented, precision distilled and matured in new charred oak casks at InchDairnie Distillery in Fife.

 

Made from a mashbill containing 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley, before being matured in new oak casks sourced from the Appalachian Mountains for a spicier finish, this is the second vintage of RyeLaw.
