Refund policy

We are unable to give refunds for bottles that have already been paid for and/or shipped. Any Membership cancellations need to be completed prior to the end of the preceding month. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@whiskypioneer.co.uk if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Whisky Pioneer will send a replacement packages, either the same or equivalent. Whisky Pioneer does not refund damaged bottles or packages.

Whisky Pioneer reserves the right to dispute the receipt of a damaged package or broken bottle.

Whisky Pioneer’s delivery partners will usually notify us of any damages prior to delivery. If this occurs, Whisky Pioneer will replace your delivery as quickly as possible.
