Which whiskies will I receive?

We are here to help you explore, discover and enjoy great whisky, therefore whilst we focus on single malts, we will also explore the best of world whisky and whiskey.
Our previous deliveries will give you a good idea of the lengths we go to help you find new favourites.

How much whisky/whiskey do I get?

Our bottles are 6cl, ensuring you get enough for a proper taste and to go back in again.

When will my whisky be sent?

We send out all deliveries on the 10th each month, or by the following Monday when the 10th falls on the weekend.

How long does it take for my whisky to arrive?

We send using Royal Mail 2nd class, which usually takes two to five working days. 
If your whisky hasn’t arrived by the 20th of the month please let us know.

Do I need to be home to accept my whisky?

No, our bottles fit through the letterbox, so no need to sit at home waiting for your whisky to arrive… unless you want to.

It’s the 20th and my whisky still hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Please email us at Hello@WhiskyPioneer.co.uk with your subscription details and we’ll chase Royal Mail. And not to worry, if the postie has misplaced your whisky we’ll send out a replacement.

Help, my whisky has turned up damaged

It doesn’t happen often, but if it does, please email us at Hello@WhiskyPioneer.co.uk with your subscription details and a picture of the damage.

How do I update my delivery address?

All you need to do is log in to your account via, and choose 'update'

How do I update my Membership Email?

Please contact us via email and we will get your account rectified asap.

How do I cancel my Membership?

We'll be sorry to see you go, but all you need to do is log in to your account via, and choose 'cancel'

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but follow us on social media to be the first to know when we do.

I have received a gift voucher, what do I do now?

Why do I have to enter my card details when redeeming a gift?

We need this as part of the regulations to ship alcohol.
Please enter the gift code at checkout and you will see the total due reduce to £0.00. 

I want to gift someone a subscription, what do I do?

Simply visit our GIFT page, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Can I recycle my bottles?

Yes, our bottles can be recycled with household recycling. But better than that they can be reused, either by you or by us if you send them back.

How do I send back my empties?

If you send us twenty used bottles we’ll send you an extra delivery to say thank you. Simply email us at Hello@WhiskyPioneer.co.uk for the address to send them back.

Do you offer a full bottle whisky subscription?

Summerton Whisky Club is the only full bottle subscription anyone needs and more.
